14$ down the drain! The moment I walked in, there was one person working and two others standing in the back. The girl that finally helped was playing on her phone. She didn’t toast my double steak enough and it was as cold as it comes out of the container. She was sloppy and careless adding toppings & I watched her toss an extra egg into the container like it wasn’t food. Grossed me out how she handles food. I don’t come to subway often and this is the reason why. If I owned this franchise ol’cell phone would be gone in point 2 sec! Seriously she should work in a closet doing nothing so she doesn’t mess up or waste time and money for others. she’s getting paid for horrible service. What a waste. FIREHOUSE SUBS always now. Lurl

The bread was a bit dry, but this is more of a Subway chain issue than store issue. Otherwise the staff was super friendly, and the sandwich other than the bread tasted really good.

What an absolute joke. June 25 2022. The app said my pick up time was 7:20 pm, I got there at 7:20 and they hadn't even started my order yet and didn't get started until they finished the order for someone who wasn't even wearing a shirt and let them eat in the restaurant WITH NO SHIRT. I didn't get my order until 7:41, 21 minutes late. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY EVER AGAIN.

Jack was great! Very personable and made a fantastic sandwich. Management should be very happy with his performance! All other takeout restaurants were closed and he was working hard making the customers happy. I don't think he got a chance to get a lot of prep work done, but he made us happy and that's all that counts! The guy deserves a raise and probably a promotion!
