I’m a regular and love this place because it’s great for my food allergies! (Gluten free bread is also vegan) Easy to read allergy menu online too! Kind staff, donations to local firehouses also a plus! Reward point system too for regulars! I recommend ordering online and going and grabbing pickup.

I ordered the most simple white bread, turkey, and cheddar cheese sandwich 3 times and they somehow, without failure were able to make it wrong three times and instead of 3 ingredients for a sandwich, i got bacon, mayo, black olives, another type of cheese etc.

I have ordered serval times at this location as well as friends and co-workers and the order is ALWAYS made wrong. Finally I decided to call in to speak with someone about this, and not trying to get anything for "free" but wanted to be reassured this would not be an ongoing issue as we as consumers pay a lot of money. The I guess "GM" spoke with me and was absolutely unprofessional. She had absolutely no resolution or anything to say. I was shocked. It was just terrible and unprofessional!

Food is usually really good, the service/friendliness is pretty neutral (which I can also understand TBH). But when I asked for onions on my sandwich yesterday through a mobile order I didn’t think I’d get literally one little slice on each half lol. Feels like a petty act, which is unfortunate since I try really hard to be an easy customer to deal with because I acknowledge food service can be really difficult to work in. I hope you’re treating your employees well, Firehouse Subs!
