Sam and the other woman who was taking order at the drive thru has the most nasty rude attitude. (This happen on day shift) When I walk into the store to pick up my order. The only thing I ask was could I get another cup of tea due to the fact my tea has been sitting there and it look water down. ( I know if they order food and seen their drink water down they would have done the same). The girl who was working in the window keeping going back and forth with me and all I wanted her to do was pour that water tea out and give me some fresh cup of tea.( I guess she was upset that she could not multitask when she had to take orders at the drive thru and assist me as well). Then here comes Sam didn’t even know what was going on coming back into the store saying a smart remark to me. Keep in mind she don’t even know what is going on she off top had an attitude with me and talking about that ain’t called for what. She was mad that I took hot-sauce pack out my bag that I didn’t even ask for and place it on the countertop not throw it I placed it. I spent too much money and time at Salems for their employees to act as if they hate doing there job if that is the case they need to quit. Smh poor customer service and I am a HR Manager and I would not dear let my employees do our customers that way!! This was unacceptable!!!
