Food is fine, but the crowds are too much. After getting my food but no drinks I had to swim through a sea of people to wait 5 minutes for my drinks that were already made on the counter. The food is good but the service is overwhelmed, I'm not sure if they are under staffed or the community is under served but this has happened too often in the last few years and I'm over it for a while. For the record I'd give 2.5 stars, but I don't feel like rounding up at this time.

Customer service is awful. Just ordered 2 kids meals and they sat on the counter while the employee was looking at her cell phone.

I go to this location often, and it’s typically a good experience. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. The food itself is why it doesn’t receive 5 stars. Fries and chicken sandwich are often undercooked (not crispy). Also I typically get the multigrain bread, and it’s often stale. Other than that, they do a good job.

Girl hels me up for 10 mins because handheld device was acting up. When I should have been clearly offered a free meal as I watched five cars pass by. Ultimately the common sense thing to do would have been to ask the other person on the right hand side to come and take my order. But ok.

No indoor dining and wear a mask. They sanitize surfaces in-between guests. Their curbside pickup and drive thru are both very efficient
This is not the only chik fil a this happens at, I've been to several different chik fil a's for lunch and there all the same They need a new plan for lunch time, what there doing isn't working obviously, they have remodeled and seem like they have a hundred workers working and still can't get it right! Also how about be like every other fast food restaurant in 2019, put the drink dispenser in the lobby so we don't have that wait and weird interaction with the person working the register that NEVER wants to refill your drink
