I was with Dr. Scott in the beginning of my treatment here and he took really great care of me. After Dr. Scott left I was nervous starting with a new doctor but Dr. McTaggart was so awesome!! He made me feel comfortable and really wanted to help me with my needs it also helped that his assistant is who I knew from before with Dr. Scott so that made my visit go smoothly as well. I definitely recommend them both what a great team.

What of I am a veteran with a letter from one of my physicians what else is needed what as re costs involved

A Google User | Sep 19, 2018
Elton Elliott | Sep 19, 2018

That letter will help you get your compassionate use registry and then from there you take your registry to The Dispensary and receive your meds. You will have to pay for the registry and renew every year as you see fit. Once you go to your dispensary every product has a specific cost but it's should not be too expensive seeing as you are a veteran.

No referral needed if you have a condition that you take medication for right now like anxiety or something like that. Just bring in your medical history and they'll take care of you

How expensive is it? I have no job and i need to try cannabis badly for lots for autoimmune disorder like insomnia, fibromyalgia, depression, hypothyroidism and the list goes on. Are there any organization or center that help people with low income?

I have grandmal seizures how is it possible that I can receive medical marijuana as a medicine?

Gee Mane | Sep 19, 2018
Elton Elliott | Sep 19, 2018

Over the years through the various studies they have found that it helps people with seizures terminal illness mental illness as well as body aches and pains. Once those were proven they were able to produce a product that will not only reduce the symptoms of whatever Illness but also be safer than the over-the-counter and pill Mill companies forcing painkillers and chemical alternatives. So in that case this is not your only choice but it is the safest current option.

How much is the visit if USHC is not accepted

picklerevenge | Sep 19, 2018

I think I initially paid $250 for the exam and the $75 state fee- (that was this past 11/2017) If I am remembering correctly, you have to see the Dr. at about 6 1/2 months, I believe it's $99 for that which includes the Dr. visit plus all renewal fees. Don't quote me on that though! I was with another company for a minute and they were charging me fees they could not explain what they were for, they were really taking advantage of me. Luckily I wised up and called Tetra who explained everything. very professional. Personally, I would reccomend giving Tetra a call- they are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and can go through the process with you until you feel confident in your decisions!
