I walked in yesterday and received stellar customer service from Gary. He walked me through several machines, giving me a demo and letting me test the one I wanted. In all he spend around 30 minutes with just me. I was never pressured to buy but ended up coming home with a brand new Pfaff. Highly recommend!

Moved to Vancouver last year and thought I should do business locally. Paid 171.21 for ‘service & parts’ on my sewing machine. It was worse than before I took it in. I wasn’t going to give them a second chance to mess it up more. Took it to Riches sewing in Salem, where I bought it 10 years ago. They filed down the scratch on the bobbin compartment, remounted the blade, cleaned the lint that was still under it,,, all for free. Same excellent service I had always received and so worth the drive.

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by two friendly gentlemen. Asked if they could look at my sewing machine and they said they could and even offered to bring it in from my car . Was in there less then half an hour and they had it fixed and gave me a free needles and very handy tips and tricks as I am new at sewing. They fixed my machine free at charge ! Next time I need it fixed I know exactly where to go and next time I need to buy any new sewing machine related items or even a new machine I will purchase from them! I highly suggest them as they are very kind trustworthy people ! I appreciate the great customer service they had and how knowledgeable they were. Thank you again !! I will send people your way
