I put in an order on the app that said to be ready at 6:15, this location doesn't close until 9 pm but the gate was closed and lights off with no explanation whatsoever. Why does it say you're closed at 9pm when you close by 6pm? At least put up a sign or update it on the app so we can't order from a closed location.

Whoever was the manager this afternoon needs to learn how to communicate with her employees.. ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. The young man working there deserves a raise for dealing with her.

Workers are nice, but what bothers me anytime I come in even with employees hair in a pony tail, it still dangles really low over their shoulder, which makes no difference in putting it up might as well leave it down? or a male employee has hair long enough that’s needed to be put up and isn’t. Hair nets? Buns maybe? Makes me uneasy even wanting to order food from you guys, customer service is also very slow.... I understand new workers, but this was very slow for a six inch and 2 sliders.

This store needs to hire more workers. Not that the 1 employee who was working didn't make a great sandwich, but he had no help, I was in line behind 2 different people ordering and it took a full 10 minutes for him to get through those 2 people. doesn't sound like a lot of time, but I had 2 people behind me that were waiting 15 minutes for him to finish making my sandwiches. Again, the employee did a good job of making the sandwiches as quickly as he could and he was social which is always good, but hire some help for these people.
