Don’t come here anymore!!! The change of management is terrible. My wife and I moved here about a year ago and loved it. They have recently changed management and can’t get the lawn mowed, trash taken out, and maintenance requests are so slow. On top of that I got a hefty bill this morning saying that we were charged extra for sewage and that we missed it last month because they were late with putting the bill out??? Seriously!?! I pay my rent on time every month. If the bill is late that is on them NOT me. Oh, and we check to see what the rent would be for next year if we decided to stay and it has upped $400!! Stay away! Not worth the money.

A new management company took over on 5/12/22, and they are by far the worst one we have ever had. They did not mow the lawn the first month, they are adding charges to our bill in July from charges supposedly in April, and the manager is never reachable. They didn't have a voicemail or email address set up the for over 30 days as well. I still have maintenance requests pending from over 60 days. I still have piles of mulch outside my balcony since before they took over. I also have my outside light with taped paper around from when they spray painted it and never removed it. I am so glad to be moving out because they are the worst management company I've ever dealt with!

The new management has made it like hell. Every single maintenance issue takes numerous follow ups, reminders. After they have taken over, there is no coffee in the machine, no towels in the gym, pool has become dirtier. Please note they don't provide microwave in certain units like mine. I didn't notice before I move in and had to buy a microwave from the market. The rent here is not justifiable at all. They also don't address maintenance issues on time and every time they give generic reply like an answering machine. The previous management were dedicated and very responsive.

I previously tried to post a review and it never published…the new management is a shame. Previously I loved living here, the complex has become so sad. I still have not been able to get into the new system to pay rent, and when asking for assistance staff has been kind, but sadly not able to help. As far as amenities, if you think they look nice and that is a drive to move here just know that almost none of the amenities are in working condition. The pool is generally discolored green (before new management clear) and looks unfiltered, so much junk floating in it I feel sick. Additionally parts of the pool like siding tiles have been falling in the pool. The sauna is not functioning properly, the pool table never has pool sticks, like seriously I don’t know if someone took them or what. The coffee machine rarely functions or there are no cups. The grills are a severe fire hazard that constantly catch on fire, there needs to be a system to clean them. The grass recently has been over a foot tall, but I think they finally got on a mowing schedule. Overall it is just a sad state compared to what this complex used to be. I hope management is able to make changes soon.

Yes, all of our apartments are currently undergoing renovations. This means all new flooring, appliance package, fixtures and amazing new counters and cabinets.
We do! We have detached garages and 3-sided carports - which really help protect your vehicle from the elements.
