My phone died so I went to the tanasbourne Verizon. They had a fair selection of phones. The lady that helped me was very unhelpful. She rushed me out the door with a piece of paper showing me how to activate this phone. When I asked her her name she said it is on the bottom of the paper. Of course it wasn't! So I took my phone and went to the Verizon store Cornelius. They were more than happy to activate it for me. The tanasbourne store which is a headquarters is okay place to buy a phone but if you need any help after that, you're on your own

I was looking for an international plan for upcoming travel, and was told wonderful things by the associate helping me. I was told I would have unlimited everything for just $10/day while abroad. Unfortunately that couldn’t have been farther from the truth. I was not told that I only get 0.5GB/day of “high speed” and after that I could pay an additional $10 for another 0.5GB. Or I could choose to not pay for extra data and instead be moved to a 2G signal and be unable to use my phone completely. Verizon is horrible when traveling abroad and I am going to be pursuing a switch to AT&T as not only is their international plan significantly cheaper (for me about $200 less) but they actually give you the unlimited data they promise. Had the associate helping me actually told me the truth I NEVER would have signed up for Verizon.

The store doesn't do appointments and is too short staffed to efficiently help walk ins. Once you get your name on the list they cannot give you an accurate estimate for how long the wait is. The employees are doing the best they can in a terrible system. Apologizing for a bad experience is pointless without making necessary changes to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Carlos was very helpful to me. I came with promotional credit issue, he patiently listened, understood my problem, and helped me resolve it by spending well over an hour with me and on the phone with Verizon support staff. Thank you!

No, we just had to wait 10 minutes.
Unfortunately i have had better luck with the customer service line then that store
Yes, or you can walk in and wait for someone to help. Usually 10 to 20 min depends on how many people are before you
