Some noteworthy keywords to describe the guest service for my first time entering a great harvest bread company location are efficiency, hospitality and LOVE! I was greeted with warm welcomes from multiple people and had all of my Questions answered promptly. They even went the extra mile amd offered me a sample of the delectable bread while I waited for my meal. Incredibly, quick, genuine service. Definitely walking in again in the nearby future!

Advertises gluten free options, but we found out in store they only have gluten free on Thursdays and leftovers on Fridays 🤣. No sandwich for us today. Very nice and friendly staff.

Sandwiches are OK, very basic, no warm sandwiches here. But that’s not the biggest issue I have. I just went to place a lunch order and I did not like seeing that all the customers are not treated equally. The woman behind the counter who was taking orders and serving the complementary bread samples did not greet me in such a way that made me feel welcome here. She simply took my order form that I had filled out and said “will that be all.” So to my astonishment I was surprised to see that the people before and after me in line were welcomed in with enthusiasm and offered complimentary bread samples with detailed descriptions on each bread type. I guess in her mind not every customer is equally valued. Will not be returning here.

I should have never gone in here. This place is amazing as soon as you open the doors you are greeted with a delicious smell. I will never buy bread anywhere else!! Their Red, White, and Blueberry bread is to die for! I am not kidding. It is so fresh they can't put it in a plastic bag. So they give you one to take home. The staff is super nice and more than willing to slice your bread, if you like. They were very helpful. They also have cookies, sandwiches, and all kinds of yummy stuff. Also for the gluten free people they have gluten free Thursdays where they have a variety of gluten free options for both bread and sweet goodies. I love this place!
