I have the worst experience there because we order four foot long sandwiches and we only got three. Two order is correct and the three one is messed up. We call them and they told us to bring it back and they will fix it. We got there and explained to them that they got the sandwich wrong by mistake the four sandwich into the chicken and Bacon sandwich. They apologize and made two new sandwich, but we waited so long for those two sandwich. I heard one of the Employee say who make that sandwich and none of them answer like there only two of the employees working. When I got home and open my sandwich the chicken and bacon. The bread already following apart and the chicken they didn’t even toasted with the bread. When I ask to be toast on my order. It was cold and I have to reheat my sandwich. I only ate half of my sandwich because I wasted my money paying for it and I was not satisfy with my sandwich at all. I had to toss my other half in the garbage. First time coming to this subway and it will be my last time coming.

The website said the order would be ready by 11:25. Got there after the order progress bar said it was ready and waiting. Food wasn't even started yet. They had marked it completed before even starting. Once they finally finished making it, the order was all sorts of wrong. No instructions were followed. Things taken off were added back, things added on were taken off. Paid extra for guacamole on 2 sandwiches and neither had them. All around unsatisfied with the order.

Went in a few times during the day, the sandwiches were tasty and fine. The only way to order is with a kiosk which is okay but it seemed to be frustrating the other customers and employees. There was no music playing and it wasn't the best dine in experience due to the robotic atmosphere

Staff service is good except the time taken for order preparation. This store open for 24 hours. They are maintaining hygienic and tasty food. Worth visor subway restaurant
