This is by far the worst business I've ever had to deal with. We were told our electricity would be for a half of a day. We have had ZERO electricity now for a week and they claim the job is done somehow even though we have wires sticking out of the wall and no electricity. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and notifying legal counsel because leaving people with no electricity for over a week and not finishing the job should be illegal and if there is any legal action to take it will be thoroughly taken. They should be charged with something for doing this type of thing. You guys will be contacted soon by legal representation of mine and I will absolutely be taking you to court.

Great! Very pleased with our solar! Landon was fantastic. The installation team was efficient and installed the panels in one day. They painted all of the conduit to match the house colors- even white across the trim. Crystal came for the inspection- she's awesome. Can't go wrong with LA Solar!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is the first time I post my review. I just want to warn people who are planning for their solar project to stay away from this company. Go find someone else. If I could give NEGATIVE or ZERO stars I would. I signed a contract with LA solar group in May last year. My contract includes the solar panel and a TESLA Powerwall. Just like other reviews, the installation process was awful, no communication what so ever. I sent many emails to the sales person and the project manager without any response. One day, they told me they will send the crew to install the solar panels. Nobody show up on the scheduled date. No one tells me what's going on. This happened few times. I wasted all those PTO for nothing. Finally, the solar panels were installed in October. Then same thing happened for city inspection. And it's even worse. They only notify me the schedule one day before the inspection. I was forced to make myself available. In March this year, they installed the battery storage. But my garage, part of my kitchen, and part of my house don't have power during a power outage. The installed told me that they will come back to install few breakers after the city inspection. Since that, no one come back to install those breakers. Instead, they keep asking me to pay the last payment. I told them I will pay when the issue get resolved. But they responded that if I don't pay, they won't come resolve the issue. That's really ridiculous. I have never ever deal with a company like LA Solar Group. Don't even understand why this company is still in business. And I will still need to deal with this company for the next 20 year if something wrong with the system. Now, I have to sent all my contracts with LA Solar Group, all the text message, and all the emails to my attorney to handle this for me. So, if you don't want to have the same headache I have, DO NOT consider this company.

Something recent and terrible has happened with this Company! We have lost close to $50,000 to LA Solar Group in the past 4 months. They will not answer e-mails or phone calls. We've asked for supervisors and there has been a constant turn over and there is no one taking on our case/issue/system. We started this process to get Solar installed in our new vacation home in Canyon Lake, CA last summer (2021) We chose them (over other bids) because we used them for our Seal Beach home and were happy and have even referred them in the past. Solar panels were installed in October, 2021 and we still are not operational. There is absolutely NO communication or resolution from anyone in this Company. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Update: 2 months after this post, the issue is completely resolved. Thank you LA Solar! We had immediate support but it was a long process to get it fully resolved because of a constant turn over of supervisors. I think they have resolved their issues and we are satisfied. Thank you again
