Live here. It's got some god qualities, but not many. Management doesn't do anything about noisy neighbors. Can't do much without written permission. Even putting up a pretty made shed. Ridicules rent rates.

Management, maintenance upkeep is not good, the price of land rent goes up every yr., parking is horrible for guests, garbage & recycle is not enough compared to residents on property as a whole.
