Trying to get ahold of the store but it won’t let me, just goes to the customer service line. Poor customer service! I need to talk to a store representative

Unfortunately i have had better luck with the customer service line then that store

If you have a business card from one if the reps they may have a direct number in it. In the past there was an option to get through to the store and you have to call a few times to get a store rep to pick up before it defaults to customer service.

Probably have to go to the store. I've had the same problem.
