There very money hungry and lie and try to charge you for things you didn’t do once you move out. The management communicate skills are horrible. Walls are very thin, the basement and fitness place is always leaking with bugs. Also way to pricey for so small place. Over all bad experience.

We only have 1 bedroom studio loft style homes. The bedroom space is upstairs!

Look beautifully modern. Are the utilities regulated/capped?
