This place is not fit for anyone to live, my home was broken into a week after I moved in, my car was damaged by a gunshot while in the parking lot of the complex there is a lot of criminal activity that goes on there. its not a safe for anyone to live. they don't fix anything, my hot water goes out every two months, they put things together to make them look decent but nothing works as is should. They will tow your car if your tags expire, and if there is a bug out break they try to make you pay for the extermination.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The neighborhood is absolutely terrible, nothing but drunks and crack heads running around all hours of the night and day. The kids are loud and disrespectful, the pool is NEVER open. The neighbors are nosey, lazy, and weird as hell! The manager Connie is a straight B***ch! You can tell she's either a drunk or a drug user, but she's definitely an unstable creature. I moved in back in April and my mailbox has NO DOOR ON IT! F***KIN BULLSHI*T! And they still have not fixed it! I've logged and recorded every time I've asked them to fix it, including conversation on phone and in person. I'm considering getting a lawyer because that is my PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL information all out and exposed for anyone to take. This place needs be shut down for good. People please save your money, time and energy and go live any where else besides this place.

This is by far the most horrible place I've lived. Why? The office assistant (Connie)thinks she owns the place. She closes the swimming pool at around 5, if she opens it at all. Others stay open till at least 8. We have one maintenance man, and been needing things fixed for two years. They only managed to fix the things we had to pay for. There is no where for the children to play, and at times Connie, has cussed out the kids for being too loud during summer vacation. I have seen her out in the middle of the night drunk, waking people up and starting arguments. Towed my car after spending $800 on tags to make it legal, because of a flat tire. This was after my car was taken off the list. But because my girlfriend stood up for our son, are car is gone. We've been overwhelmed by the Roach infestation. At times the local family dollar, is totally out of raid, and or the cheap stuff. I wake up to trash and drug addicts getting drunk before the store opens and I pay over $700 monthly. I know people that should have been evicted, but she picks and chooses. If you make her mad your out. If you brown nose it only last a couple weeks and your out. There has been multiple break-ins, and cars stolen and broken into. But security only focus on the tenants, and none of the real matters at hand. I could go on writing this forever but I'm hunting down the property owners to further complain.
