You just need to call to make an appointment. It is income-based , so you need proof of your income and of course ID. They work pretty fast as far as placing you if there are vacancies. They are one bedroom apartments, pretty spacious, and off the street parking. There are no garages on carport, but the parking lot is spacious. It's a very nice place to live and a quiet off the beaten path neighborhood. It is senior citizen based also, the age is 62 and over. It is a family-oriented environment .
