These are very beautiful apartments however I gave them my information to move in at the beginning of JUNE & toward the end of June I called for and update and she told me she never received the verification from my job that she needed BUT NEVER COMMUNICATED THAT ! It is now July 6 and I provided her with new check stubs to a new job & I’m still getting the run around . If I hadn’t called I would’ve never heard anything back I finally went to the reviews and read them today and everyone is having the same problem I’m having . They are very unprofessional with zero communication . I’m no longer interested in moving here .

Wish I could give a ZERO I would!!! I’m currently looking for an apartment and this was one of the places I looked at, haven’t even moved in and I’m already having a HORRRRRRIBLE experience! YESTERDAY I went inside to fill out the application and the woman I spoke too (Believe it’s Elvia) informed me I could bring the remaining information at another time since I did not have everything with me. I told her okay. Of course, at that time, I was planning to move in so I went ahead and gave them my check in advance. Again, planning to bring the remaining documents in. She told me they CAN NOT run anything until they get the remaining documents. I told her okay, I will be in with them. I called TODAY and spoke with the assistant manager there to cancel and shred everything because I no longer wish to live there. She informed me they have already started the process, mind you she’s talking as if she doesn’t care and literally rushing me off the phone. Once again, I was told they wouldn’t start ANYTHING until they get all of the documents!!!!!! Already having a bad experience with the staff, Definitely not moving here and If anyone else is looking to move here, I suggest to look else where.

This has to be the worst place I’ve ever lived in don’t move here. They don’t have cameras at the place which is dumb because everyone’s vehicles gets broken into at least 3 times a month. If you call an tell management about it they don’t do anything . Literally nothing except say sorry. They also don’t take care of the property at all. You can go over by the dumpster and they’ll have trash sitting outside the of the dumpster for weeks an don’t do anything about it. When you need maintenance for something they never come and when they do they don’t even fix it correctly . They also will walk in on you while your showering even though they hear you showering and tell them your showering . If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Don’t move here.

BE WARNED!!! Me and my family have been living here for about two to three leases now and since day one we have had problems with the office staff including maintenance. We have put in work orders for multiple things that need repaired around our apartment and every time we say something to someone we re told they have put the work order in and that they will send someone out the most recent lie was they would have someone out today to fix my toilet and no one showed up. I refuse to continue to pay to live somewhere, where I’m unhappy and can’t get things done when I ask. They continue to raise my rent, ask for rent, charge me additional fees to pay rent because they decided to change the way they accept payment. I do not recommend moving here and I most definitely will not be renewing my lease.
