To the 84 cars broken into in one night. To the nasty colors they are repainting this place… To the $194 PER MONTH rent increase they are proposing for next year. See ya. Nope.

The Ranch is the absolute best place to live in Overland Park. Their rooms, amenities, and office staff are second to none. Kristi, Lizzy and Allen were always professional, friendly and eager to help out. Although I am moving out, I look forward to moving back one day to grilling out burgers and hotdogs by the pool with my family, friends and neighbors cheering on the Royals on a nice summer day. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment, in a great location next to everything you need, an amazing staff that will be there for you when you need it, and a safe/friendly community then you are looking in the right place!

This has been an awesome experience. Lizzie has been wonderful explaining the process and very patient with our many questions. The entire staff have been very friendly above and beyond any of the other complexes we have been to. This is a unique, warm community , we are very happy to be a part of it. So far pretty great! Lizzy Torres was the main reason I moved here. She's one of the leasing reps in the office. She was great to work with, and spoke with experience about the management of this property. I felt confident it was going to be a good place to live, and it has been. I love my unit - it's a great layout, amenities, and neighbors seem good. So far my move from Philly to Kansas is proving to be a good one.
