been living here for 2+ years now and management is horrible they became prickier after COVID hit, took out all of our physical amenities even after covid restrictions were pulled out, their workers think they can park anywhere and how they want without care and jesus christ the fat little worker always complaining and giving you the evil eye do not recommend this place also they take forever just for basic repairs and sometimes just forget until you keep putting pressure on them!@!

About a month ago there was a flood in the units and it was bad, my dad went to Diana’s (a management person🦧) apartment since she’s the only one that actually lives here. Diana wasn’t there supposably and her husband couldn’t get a hold of her in any way😐 we had to handle it on our own. My dad works at a restoration company so he tried to Help but the flood got worse he didn’t have the right tools we had to call the fire department. They also charged one of the people that lived in the flooded unit more for the rent. Also I don’t recommend if you have kids..no skateboards, bicycles, roller skates. Although if your a person that likes to mostly live in a calm n quiet place well then you should look into this place. My family has been looking in to get out AC fixed and we called the office and maintained guy many times and AC has been broken for months..🔪

Have to say with all these previous reviews, not sure about all that. Since moving in recently, there has not been any problems. Everything is well maintained. I would say the only issue is how you going to give a 3bd apartment 1-gate clicker & than if you want another one you have to pay $30(refundable). That's just crazy! & than 1-Gate Entry Key. Also if you have a 3bd Apartment i thought at least you would have some kind of covered carport. The Parking is set up weird here, but managable. Otherwise overall this place is quiet, no crazy issues. People are friendly & have good looking dogs as well :)

Warning to all!! Lot of criminals live here , broke in my appartment stole everything , NO PARKING, a lot of drugs here the worst place to live . No security. Vehicle vandalism and theft is a constant. My vehicle windows all broken that I had to pay for out of pocket, while some idiot criminal might return to do it again because Latitude won’t get a security onsite. 10 of my neighbors vehicle windows broken and items. this is the worst place they ROB my Money , No parking at all you have to park your car on the other side of the freeway on the neighboadhood your car will be towed
