Had a package trying to deliver when I was on vacation. After 3 attempts they were able to catch the package from being sent back to sender and deliver It to me.

FED ex Delivery person refuses to Delivery my package. Instead kept checking I was not home; when I had the Ring Doorbell system to prove there were no attempts. I was home for three days waiting. Fed Ex did nothing, I called to make a complaint, and they hung up. They finally took my package to a location center but left no details besides your package is ready for Pick up. I will not order from Samsung again, as this is always the issue with receiving my package. Fed Ex is the worst shipping company, and they do not care.

Horrible! Numerous orders never received & sent back to shipper as "no address". UPS, USPO, Amazon all deliver without issues.

The FedEx Ground in your area is an extremely small station. There isn't enough driver nor vans to cover the amount of volume going to you area. That's why packages arrive late. It isnt a FedEx problem. Each route is own by independent contractors. Since the start of 2020 and since covid-19 the amount of volume that comes in days is roughly 30,000 or more daily. This is the same amount of volume the hits around Christmas season.

If you have any questions call the station they can help walk you through it. The most effective way to get hired is online. This process eliminates applications from going missing or misfiled, cuts down on the amount of files and paperwork on hand.
At this station you have to provide a label already for your package. Fedex cannot print or make new labels for customers. Please make sure no gas is left inside. Gas is a hazardous material and cannot be shipped. If you need a label made you can go through any FedEx office and they can make a label for you.
From what you're stating your package might have been left at your leasing office. If it's marked delivered I would check with your leasing office if not call 1-800 go FedEx. You can always pick up your package at the station as early as 8:00 a.m. but call first and arrange for a pickup.
The latest you can pick up a package over the weekend is 4:00 p.m. always call ahead first and arrange for a pickup to make sure your package is ready and available.
Yes.. Call ahead and have your tracking number ready.... It depends on what time the driver is returning back to the building.... That is if the package is currently on their truck.
