My garage door spring broke a few days ago. I had Garage Door Guru replace the springs in 2014 and looked and only had a 2-year warranty so when I called, I was told they could come the next day and on top of that I was pleasantly surprised when they said since the springs did not last 10 years, they will negotiate the price. Well Matt showed up with a great personality, his expertise was evident when he spoke, and he quoted a price that was not really that high and I hesitated a while and he reduced it again. Well based on what I paid 8 years ago I stopped him and said I will pay that price. Getting customers must be hard on all companies, so it was more than a fair price in my opinion. I always recommend them when asked about a Garage Door company and will continue to do so. Thanks Matt.

Quick and responsive service when scheduling an initial quote. We had talked to other companies and they had recommended a much larger fix, but instead we only needed to replace a broken cable. Much faster fix and a fraction of the cost.

Great experience! My spring broke and couldn’t get my car out. Called these local guys, they came right out and fixed the same day. Honest local people. Looking forward to getting a new opener from them in the future.
