I am reading the not so nice reviews regarding The Blackburn Center & I have to disagree. Everyone is on a different journey & not everyone is ready for help when they arrive. There are many different programs available & very caring case managers & other staff members to help you navigate them, but the staff at Blackburn cannot help those who are not ready to help themselves. There needs to be personal accountability to get the most out of what Blackburn offers.

Please do not be fooled by this place . All who work there are about themselves and gossip about patients and bully them . My best friend committed suicide bcuz of the horrible care . I hadthe most resistant Covid and was told that I was on drugs and called a liar . Great place, help's tho's in need. Only issue I have is there is some rather rude counter people there, a couple of them should not be interacting with the public, expecially people with mental health issues. Just my opinion. Great place besides that.

Extremely rude staff. Not happy with the care. Wasted 2 months of my time, 3 or 4 appointments to suddenly tell me they don't take my insurance? What kind of place is this that tells you they will take your insurance and then AFTER service tell you your getting billed? What? I told them I didn't agree to any bills as I was not informed of this.
