In person, pre-pandemic they were great. Now that I live in the suburbs 30 minutes from a branch it’s infuriating because every time I have to call, I get some third party call center rep and get transferred 3-4 times without any resolution. I’ve been locked out of my account for over a month because I got a new phone number. I’ve spent hours on the phone and have been told numerous times that someone “from the back end” would contact me back and haven’t heard back. Time to head in and close my account down and take my money elsewhere I guess. It’s sad because I like to support small local businesses and enjoyed seeing this one grow but the call center is too wretched and it’s unacceptable to not have access to your own money.

Most associates are friendly, except for one or two who were pretty rude (I'm a patient, polite person, while also being clear and direct). My main complaint is that anytime something goes wrong (fraudulent charges on my card, etc), I have to shuttle from one call to another to another, either waiting for returned calls or calling other numbers to get the issue resolved. It's messy and time consuming.

Friendly folks, easy to get help with all kinds of banking needs. They really take care of you here.

Been using Trailhead since 2015. Will continue to recommend to friends and strangers. Feels like a community and family. The staff are knowledgeable, personable and go the extra mile. My dog is also obsessed with them. Reimburses ATM charges , no monthly account dues , unique banking /account / loan options, very community oriented. Actually actively lives up to their mission statement. They’ve always been helpful to resolve any issues or concerns I have.

They do. ATM use from any CU and at most mini marts. They refund atm fees too!
If your CU is part of the card system fees should be waived. This is really a management question.
