My dog loves shopping here. The staff is very friendly to pets and their owners. The selection of healthy treats is large and not overpriced. They also carry a good selection of cbd products for pets. Parking is difficult if you have a larger vehicle, but it is manageable.

We stopped in for the first time yesterday and were so impressed! Customer service is amazing — incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic curated selection of high-quality cat food (no garbage brands here) and natural litter options. Prices are very fair. While we were browsing, they gave us a handwritten welcome letter with a little brochure about the store’s history, plus a coupon. We are sold on Mud Bay and will be getting all our cat food and litter here from now on!

I just had an amazing experience at Mud Bay! It was my first time in. I had heard good things about them so I decided to check it out. I have had some trouble with my picky corgi puppy, and the staff we're incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They directed me to a high quality food that wouldn't break the bank, and they loaded me up with samples of every flavour so I could test it out with him for free! I also decided to buy some wet food for him to try that out, and they gave me that for free too! Then they helped me pick the best bully stick for his age and chewing style. They ended the trip with a free sample of a treat they recommended. I will absolutely be back! The quality of the products and the level of service and knowledge were above and beyond! Thank you!
