Rude lady. No info online about not being able to print labels, buy stamps etc. Worst post office location I've ever been to. Why even have a window if you can't do anything ??

I'm about to file a formal complaint if somebody doesn't pick up the phone over there. I got a notification that my package was delivered, but it was obviously delivered to the wrong place, AGAIN, and if the mailman doesn't get over here and track it down soon, one of my neighbors will get my package, and I highly doubt that they'll give it back. You guys really need to get it together.

Did not provide package notices as formally signed up for. Did not allow for redelivery of sensitive items after 1 hour or missed arrival. Did not allow my to speak to a representative or get local office number, did not allow me to file a claim, did not allow my to sign up for same day pick up after 1 hour of missed package. Mishandling of sensitive items which I Paid $40 to receive in a safe and appropriate manner. Did not provide advertised services. This post is from 2018. Since this issue, I've moved but been under the same offices. 2222 Claxter delivery location seems to have major issues in the running of their location. In 2019, I've had my mail falsely marked as being hand delivered to me, and on a separate note have had packages not delivered and gone "missing" on 2 separate occasions. This week I visited the office because it was last marked as received at this location. I stated no irritation with them, just that my package was delivered to their office and I'd like to pick it up or locate it in a timely manner. They first claimed to not have it. I showed them my print-off from another office who was trying to be helpful, then they looked at the very same sheet they just printed off and said, "it does say it was last at this location and there is no confirmation it went out for delivery". No clerk's made an effort to check for my package. I was told, "I can't say if or when we will find your package. I'm not sure how long it will take for a manager to get back to you." This package has been delivered to them, but "missing" for over 2 weeks now. At that location, one enters a small, bare box of a room with a locked metal door and waits for someone to open the head hole in the door. From observing the three people before me, the idea appears to be to tell people there is no way to help them or to go find another, unnamed location, or to close the hole for a moment, and then open it and say the same thing.

Any item requiring a signature is attempted at the door unless there is unsafe access i.e. dog, locked gate. If no one answers, a left notice slip is left. The slip contains the address, and other pertinent information where the item can be picked up.
