I am relocating from overseas to the States & my experience has been very good while interacting with everyone from Windsor at Aviara community leasing office team. Especially, I would like to mention from day one of my interaction with Jenny Scott, she has been very supportive right from the community tour & move in formalities. Truly appreciate service delivery commitment from Jenny & she even went beyond call of duty to support my move in requirements as well. Looking forward for a great stay in Windsor at Aviara.

Getting a nice rental is a competitive sport these days in San Diego. Over the course of 8 hours, I made tour requests and texted and called at least 7 leasing offices with absolutely no responses. Zero. At the end of a frustrating day, I called Jenny at Windsor@Aviara and was warmly greeted and told to come over for a tour despite that the office would be closing soon. She showed me the drop dead gorgeous model apartment, showed me around the property pointing out amenities, and explained the differences in the apartments available. As I haven’t rented for several decades, she was kind enough to explain the application process in detail. She was so patient, friendly and enthusiastic. I also met Lauren and was blown away by her kindness and professionalism as well. Honestly, after the day I had spent looking for a high end rental, their friendliness and the way they interacted with residents who came into the office convinced me that this was the place for me. I went back the next day after submitting my application and met Monica, another super nice member of the staff. There are more than a few luxury apartment communities out there, but this one is not only gorgeous, but the staff treats you like gold from the moment you walk in the door, and I have no doubt that level of customer service with continue after I move in. Highly recommend.

I relocated from Texas and was quite stressed out when I was doing the moving process. I had 2 days to find housing in a part of the country I had never even visited. Thank goodness I found Windsor at Aviara! During those two days I went on SEVERAL tours and Windsor was CLEARLY more professional, clean, and has created a sense of peace that I was looking for. Monica helped me not only when I was searching but throughout the moving process. I had many bumps and barriers with my relocation, but Monica was my saving grace. She answered my questions with care and thoroughness (and I had MANY questions). She made me feel like a neighbor before I even moved in. Now that I am here, I just know this is the right place for me .

Looking for a new short term home came to the community this past weekend and toured with Jenny Scott. She was so wonderful!
