Our door didnt work so we sat in the hallway for over an hour waiting for help. Our cats were locked in the room. It was only when we threatened to call the fire department to break the door that we got some help. Front desk worker was incredibly rude and did not act like she cared at all. This place SUCKS.

1. Shower was a weak trickle 2. Toilet is very old, very low to the ground and didn't flush properly. 3. Faucet in bathroom was mounted poorly and could barely get a cup under the running water 4. Could hear EVERYTHING in upstairs room. Movement started around 4:00am 5. When checking in, some other guest complained that when she checked into her room, there was already someone else in there. 6. Room just didn't feel very clean Bottom line: Save yourself some money and stay at a hotel with comparable amenities at half the cost. We paid over $130/night. Absolutely not worth it!! CAVEAT: Heather at the front desk was amazing!! Extremely helpful.

-Staff was unpleasant, bordering condescending. -Fitness room had literally no equipment. -Room smelled liked cigarette smoke. -The highway noise kept me up all night. -The water pressure was sub-par. -There were stains on the sheets. -Trash all around parking area. -Overpriced. Traveling the Oregon trail and risking being scalped or dying of dysentry would have been more pleasant than my stay here.

Hotel is being upgraded to a Best Western. The facility is very clean. At a banquet dinner we were served smoked prime rib! Oh, that was so good! Bed/bedroom very comfortable except for noise of teen basketball 🏀 tournament players reenacting their games until the wee small hours. Oh, to be young again..
