After booking this trip for about 3 months in advance. We specifically requested 2 rooms together that would help support the kids and grand kids. We finally arrived with our very excited kids and grand kids, upon checking in the mistakenly put the deposit on someone else room with the same last night...hey no big deal mistakes happen, they caught it (no harm no foul). However, when they finally let us know where our rooms would not be together but close. We had one early check in as as we checked in to that room, we realized the rooms were nowhere close to each other. We saw the room right next to the early check in room was vacant and available according to the maid cleaning it, Thought we caught, so headed back to the front desk to let them know the second room was not next to the fist room but there was a room right next to the early check in room. The front desk said, "Sorry that room is assigned to someone else" I said ...O.K. so is our second room which is too far away. Cant you just exchange them? He said "sorry sir, our system doesn't work like that. No problem, can i speak to your manager? The manger comes and gives me the same line. Hence, this review. I have a business, I understand computer systems, and customer service. AM i missing something here? I have always take care of the customer...but i guess when your logo land...you can afford to treat some customers like this. what a bummer.

Stayed in a deluxe knight and dragon room. Son loved the bunk bed, and the daily loot drop in the safe. Make sure to start the puzzle hunt when you are in the lobby. Pool area is very nice, and there is outdoor entertainment in the evening. Totally aimed at children, as opposed to the Disney resort which is more aimed at the whole family.

What a great time and we had the best room. The kids loved the little scavenger hunt. Totally worth it because after walking all day it was nice to be able to go straight to our room. The pool is a little small we didn't even go in because kids were everywhere. It was nice they showed the LEGO movies with a viewing area. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check in was a bit awkward. It was all automated and we had to go through a kiosk. Would have been nice to have both options for those that may not understand how electronics work. Would have made the park feel more personable, especially when all staff was wearing masks. We reserved the Knights and Dragons room. The kids bedroom, more like a bunk room, was nice and dark thanks to the big curtain. What made it extra special was the starry night sky that was projected onto the ceiling. Was nice to be able to put our kids to bed and be able to have quiet time at the end of the night without worry or keeping kids awake. The new treasure each morning was fun to open and work on before the park opened up. Refreshments of bottled water and juices were made available to us each day. Housekeeping had options to just lightly tidy or fully tidy or don't even bother. Dragons Den breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. They had allergen information available and we're able to make certain things upon request. Lots of options imaginable. Although the silverware that was made available was flimsy plastic. Would have been nice to have actual silverware.

Email also works well. Great Emailer. 👍
I picked castle for my son because I guessed that was what he would prefer, I was wrong. Better bet to ask first maybe, but regardless he had a fantastic time.
