This apartment is life changing for my son and I. Matthew made the detailed process of applying and getting approved for housing a breeze. He is knowledgable and sets people up for realistic expectations. I LOVE our apartment, it is beautiful and they even painted the building this month which looks great! The maintenace staff are a bunch of awesome, kind gentlemen who can fix anything, right away and are very friendly. The office staff hears any concerns I have and they respond very empatheticly. I hope to have a long, bright future here at Canyon Rim. My son already has a couple of friends in the neighborhood and so do I! The location of the complex is convenient, my son and I can ride bikes to the stores on Carmel Mountain, we can go to the 711 right up the road, his school is right down the street and the best part is his grandparents are just a 5 minute walk away from us now!!! Thank you for everything Canyon Rim!

Laura Castillo is outstanding person (manager) when it comes to helping tenant with almost anything. Canyon rims apartments are a great place to live very quit and of course such a nice place when it comes to have a kid going to elementary school which is 2 minutes away from home Wow only by walking.

Is there a way the laundry money exchange machine can be accessible on the weekends? I wanted to add more money to my laundry card using cash but the front doors of the office are closed on the weekends. The office itself has two doors separating the office and the waiting area inside. It would nice if they just left the two front doors open for tenants... most apartment complexes that I’ve been to do that.
