Run fast...the management here is a joke...tenants are refered to as...you people...elevators never work ..we are given excuse after excuse...if you try to get answers you are retaliated against..being that its low income ..management gets away with whatever they want..if you go above office management you are still not heard...it wasnt disclosed that this place is running wild with bed bugs...lawsuit pending...currently looking for a lawyer!!!!

For the present they aren't accepting applications and the rents vary in the size of the unit for low income far as I've heard it's between 800 and 1200 per month
How much is rent
Yes they take accept Section 8 and PACE program or shelter plus care or any other programs that help subsidize your rent or your friends or family or even if you have a job if you qualify and make call the Cajuns of what they require for to pay for the rent there are people here that received food stamps and general relief and they pay a third of their income 30% of their income so yes for those who apply and turn in applications and get on the waiting list will be able to get apartment there's all kinds of situations where people live here variety of incomes and programs so you just need to come get out the case and fill it out and turn it in and be put on the waiting list and if you have any questions talk with Management in the office thank you and have a good day they accept Section 8 variety of programs they take care of the except
I really don't know who you are but maybe you'd like to talk to whoever's in 5:13 and find out about the security guard here
There are no two bedroom units and no balconies
To apply at seladon you need to come and pick up an application from the security guard that works at front desk or you can go in the office and ask management and request an application and ask to be put on the waiting list and then you fill out your application and bring it back and they will process it and let you know if you are approved or not so I hope that's been very helpful to you or whoever you are asking this question you're welcome
Yes they are accepting applications he must come to seladon pick up an application fill it out and turn it into the office management and if you have any questions talk with them and they will have be happy to answer any questions you have to ask thank you and have a nice day happy holidays and happy New Years
