Completed a move out inspection with no issues…and the suddenly I owed 850$ a month after move out. Absolutely hilarious that IMT can just decide to charge whatever they want when people move out.

Luis A. From maintenance came 5/15/22 and I didn’t even notice he had been here until I saw the notice he left at 11:30 and tried my AC. It hadn’t been working well for a long while and now it’s tip top! Will try the heater AFTER this hot summer😂 Thank you so much Luis A. and IMT mission valley, you guys have been great; looking forward to our new volleyball court in the gym! Love you guys🥰

Hello to everyone that had experiance living in Bella Posta apartments. I would like to know how your experiance has been with security. I signed a lease with them in March of 2020, My biggest concern was security since I was going through a seperation. They assured me that security was excatley what I wanted. I visited the apartments three times and all three times, the doors to the building was wide open and no security arround. I was concerned about my life, so I went to the management office and said " I cant live here because I was misslead about the security" I left the apartment. Now two years later a collection agency is contacting me and reports to my creadit!! they want me to pay over $2600.00. I know everyone doesnt need security as much as I neede, but I you have experiance as far as the building doors being unlocked or wide open, Please comment. I am going to fight this to the end. I have had enough issues with Covid, losing my job and struggling with a lot of other issues. I need to fight this because it should happen to others. I would appreciat everyones support with this fight. Thanks,

This was not a bad place to live until it came time to move out. Left a bitter taste in our mouth. Had a $500.00 deposit down plus another $500.00 for a pet deposit. Lived in the apartment less than a year. We moved out and cleaned the apartment professionally. There was absolutely no damage to the apartment whatsoever. After we moved out, they took all of our deposit and charged us $275 more for repairs and threatened to send us to creditors if we didn’t pay the difference. Just be aware that you will lose money when you leave this complex as if money is easy to come by when you move.

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT HOMES: All one-bedroom apartment homes will be granted one (1) outside assigned parking space. All assigned parking spaces will be charged $25.00 per month. TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT HOMES: Two bedrooms are given a maximum of 2 UNRESERVED parking spaces, no more than 1 vehicle per leaseholder. “RESERVED” parking permit is required to park in your assigned space. “UNRESERVED” parking permit is required to park in any space that is NOT PAINTED “RESERVED”. Motorcycles are prohibited to park in any UNRESERVED parking space and will be towed at owner’s expense. All vehicles must display the appropriate permit and all vehicles onsite after 6PM must have proper permit or you will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
