I have been living at Torrey Pines Village for almost a year as a UCSD student and have been extremely disappointed with how the leasing office is managed. For the last month or so, we have been trying to reach the leasing office regarding some pest problems and repairs to no avail. We have called and left messages that were never responded to. We have physically gone to the leasing office during their regular weekdays hours of operation, for no one to be present multiple times. When we were locked out of the apartment and called their answering service, no one from maintenance ended up coming and we had to figure out our problems alone despite being told that the maintenance team was on their way. Their apartments are nice and the location is convenient, but no other leasing office in La Jolla would leave their tenants to figure out apartment problems that are the responsibility of management.

I want to thank all the staff who made it possible for my son to live here. All the staff are just amazing and very friendly. They made the experience awesome! I feel really good having my son live here plus it is closed to his school. The place is very nice and quiet and the apartment is nice looks great. The building is fabulous, safe and secured. The management here made a huge mistake, in which I was meant to be taken off a lease in 2015, and I have found that they still claim me to have been in active leases throughout 2018. I have received no written communications or phone calls from this property since 2015, since the date my lease should have been concluded. When I found out, I attempted to contact the property multiple times. Five business days have passed and I've received no response. Most recently, I left a message with their remote answering customer service, and a man whose name I can't recall, but I believe started with an "E", was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled "Hello!" mockingly, then swiftly hung up on me when I responded by requesting a moment to construct the message I'd would have liked to leave the property management. Ridiculous, the worst experience I've had with property management by far.

FABULOUS from the first contact. Indira and Bianca both treated me like a VIP and yet made me feel like family. I wanted to move in by Thanksgiving so Indira was on top of her game by keeping me updated with my application and navigating the whole move in process online and in person too. Bianca went way out of her way by staying late the day before Thanksgiving to finalize everything and get me moved in by the Holiday. YES I LOVE it here at Torrey Pines Village. I believe this is the only community in the area where the one bedroom loft apartment design is to where there is noone above you or below you. When I walked in to my surprise there was a new luxury designer brand set of bath towels (perfect since mine were still all in my storage) A really stylish kitchen counter display of cooking oils and seasonings and some adorable bathroom accent pieces as well. (Nice touch ladies)! I am pleased to say TORREY PINES VILLAGE is my new 🏡 HOME
