As far As public housing goes, you can't get no better than this. It took 8yrs to get in but it has definitely been worth it. I mean great location, low rent, maintenance staff, secured building, laundry, residential community services and perks. #Blessed

Roaches from 2nd floor to 5th floor for somehow the water feels nasty in the bathroom solari needs to take care of this building

I put an application in 2015, just got a call starting they have a studio open for $566. They lost my application or something funny went on because they said "I made a mistake calling you." I told them I put an application in 4 years ago but they said I need to put another one in. Then they said they sent a receipt which I never got. They are lying because they had my new phone number which I stopped by to update. Then I asked to talk to manager, she wouldn't get on the phone, again the lady said she made a mistake in calling me and the manager said to reapply. So I desperately needed the studio for the price as I am on fixed income.

Visit the office on the 7th floor. It requires no key fob to get up to during normal business hours (8a-5p) but you'll need to follow someone else (a current resident) into the building as getting in does require a fob.

Is there under ground parking or assigned parking

Underground parking IS assigned parking but it is limited. They also have handicap parking areas underground as well. Those are not assigned, its basically a free for all so first come first serve.
