I have a family member living here they have been going up on rent they had a fire months ago burned the laundry room so they have no washer and driers the pool is green has been for months the smell is horrible I feel like if these folks can't have what the apartments advertised why is it ok to keep raising rent on them when these folks are struggling

Best place to stay for the price ! All front office staff is friendly inclined and prompt with service also the maintenance crew is good and they always fix things the first time, and you cant beat the neighbors because everyone leaves each other alone quiet and you have a taco truck across the street.💪💪💪

The apartments up keep inside and out is very poor. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. The maintenance man always reeks of alcohol. Everytime my son goes to the pool without me the maintenance man picks on him. Someone stole my laundry from the laundry room and nothing was done about it. Half of the washers and dryers don't work properly.There was bedbugs in my apartment when I first moved in and they wanted to charge me for treatment. More than one of my neighbors have complained about bedbugs. These are very over priced for the hassle that comes with it.
