The staff here is absolutely awesome!! I will say the river ran slow the day we went, and I lost my phone and car keys in the river, and I'm still happy to leave a 5-star review because of their staff. Katie was so gracious to let me use her personal phone to help locate my phone. Andrew was absolutely the man. He accommodated us so well while we waited 4 hours for a locksmith. He has such an awesome personality, and even shared his own personal snacks with us as we were pretty hungry. He also allowed us to use his personal phone to stay in contact with roadside assistance. He did all of this with a smile, and we are very appreciative of all of his help! It is very clear that this company hires and retains good talent, and I hope they can be recognized for their tremendous help!

We had such a great time tubing today! We’ve been before but this was probably our second time under new management and they not only allow dogs but treat them super well! Luckie got his own tube and felt like a king! Staff was friendly and accommodating, we booked online ahead of time and overall it was easy and painless. Thanks for a great day, we will be back soon!

Awesome experience! They had everything organized and well planned for our large group, the staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome! When we finished the float and arrived at the SOC it was set up so nice and the food smelled delicious. We played a few rounds of corn hole and sat on the benches watching the river. The drivers had the trips timed perfectly and we never had to wait on a van/bus in either direction. Five stars!!! Would definitely use them again!!

My daughter and I had a great time. The staff was super nice and helpful. The water experience was perfect for us, we laughed and screamed and had a great time!!! Definitely will do it again, I will bring a long stick because I don't like to get out of my tube.

Does that river always look so muddy?

Absolutely not. It's a beautiful river, particularly when the water is up, but the Saluda River Yacht Club is the kind of place you want to drive on past.

Can anyone go tubing, or do we need a membership? If we don't need a membership, can we just show up or do we need to make an appointment?

Garrett Conley | Jun 3, 2020
Jackson Payne | Jun 4, 2020

It's good to call ahead simply to ask how fast the river is running and how many people there are. Sometimes there is a wait time and sometimes the river is running, very very slowly. But you can show up anytime Friday-Sunday (as long as it is before 4pm; that's when the last shuttle leaves) and there's no membership needed.

$5 for parking if you dont use their stuff or patron their bar. If you need a shuttle to the dam, you might still need to pay for that.
