Absolutely not. It's a beautiful river, particularly when the water is up, but the Saluda River Yacht Club is the kind of place you want to drive on past.
Only after periods of rain. Like any river. It settles pretty quickly and raises the level for better tubing. But, yes, all about timing.
Can you tube here? Can you bring your own tube or do you have to rent them from here. If so how .much do they charge. Thanks
