$5 for parking if you dont use their stuff or patron their bar. If you need a shuttle to the dam, you might still need to pay for that.
The river is free. You can have a friend drop you off at the dam (where they put in) and go down. You only pay them when you use their services. I use to go down on my own all the time and then stop in the club for a few "refreshments".
Yes. They drive you a ways up and also have inspected their own equipment, which leads me to believe that you are required to uae theirs.. Although that is an assumption. I would call ahead and find out. You definitely got to pay
