Do not go here rude people literally me and my bf got 2 foot longs with pepper jack cheese and it tasted old they would not replace it and I still had my receipt the manager got someone to speak for her and would Not get on the phone there is 2 other subways in Easley and this one is the worst one

I tried placing an order online and when I went to submit it it said choose a new pick up time. There were no more options available and it’s just right down the road, so I drove there. I went to the drive through and as I was viewing what I had ordered I noticed I chose the wrong bread. I walked to the window and told them what I had done. While waking back to the screen (which is a PIMA….go back to taking orders with the piece of paper) the screen is now blank. I drive dowsed and the lady proceeds to tell me I canceled my order….ummm no ma’am I did not even touch anything! She said maybe you want to come in and I agreed. When I went in the lady was on the ball trying to fix 4 subs and the manager made sure the lady had the help she needed to compete my order! Me and my kids tore those subs up!!! Best subs we’ve had in a long time hands down!!!!! 😋🤤💯🤌🏽

I have spent so much money at this store, it's close to home and I go often. We ordered the 6 cookies, a foot long blt, and a foot long Italian bmt.. When we pulled up to the drive thru.. the guy came to the window.. and he said would you like to try a new ham on your sandwich? Didn't tell me there would be an upcharge whatsoever... I just thought they were out of one of the meats on my sub so I said sure.. Total came to $19.99 and I immediately knew something was wrong.. I flat out asked him why he didn't tell me there was an upcharge.. bc if i knew there was one, i wouldnt have done it, bc i was fine with my sub how it was.. and he said hold on one second.. he got the manager to come to the window and she said.. you were told there was an upcharge.. so she blatantly lied to us then proceeded to say.. its just a couple dollars more... like I was being unreasonable. I told her, that's bad business and that might not be much of a dollar difference to her, but i work hard for my money and I need to know when I'm being charged extra. Period. Won't go back again. Her attitude was ridiculous.

No, they don't deliver, but they do have a nice touch screen that you use to order with at the drive-thru!
