I've never been the athletic wear kind of gal but Nike has made me grow such a love for sneakers and all of their wonderful clothes and trinkets. This is truly a one of a kind brand and I absolutely LOVE the store. The clothes are always neatly placed on the racks and they steam iron everything so neatly before they hang them up. It's so easy to make online purchases and exchanges. 2 day shipping on everything. Truly truly a one of a kind brand with awesome stores!

Came on a Sunday afternoon, I would say at least 3 members of the staff offered to help us. Excellent customer service! Excellent place to shop for athletic apparel and shoes. They also have a treadmill inside you can use to try out the shoes. I also like that they have an old tennis shoe recycle drop.

I only go to Nike with granddaughter and at this store when we're in Eugene, Oregon where it all started years ago to make a better running shoe.

Include the original box too along with the receipt and you should be able to return it. Again it is a management decision.
