I stayed here because it’s location from the Miami port. Checkin was easy and fast. I stayed here one night and I was glad. For the price of $350 I’d expected an greater accommodation. The room had an awful stench I had no wash clothes and had to go down to request them. The view was beautiful the bed was very comfortable. And the location is perfect walking distance from restaurants and shopping. From the photos you can see it’s pretty basic room.

Arriving late due to plane delays the staff welcomed us with smiles and attentive service. The room was very clean and the much needed air conditioning started the vacation off wonderfully. Breakfast at Marina's was hot and delicious. While looking for the Pharmacy we noticed a Holiday Inn Employee walk our direction. We asked for direction and advise as to what to do in Miami on our free day after the cruise. Fernando was very enthusiastic about helping us plan our day. His suggestion were spot on and we had an incredible time in Miami. Thank you to the staff at HI port of Miami and ofcourse Fernando. Joe & Angie

Absolutely terrible place to stay. When we walked in, it was beautiful and I thought to myself this is very nice. Once we got into the room that all changed. Ac barely worked it was stuck at 77 degrees. There was so much dirt in the shower bathtub. There was hair on the floor. The carpet felt wet/sticky. The room had a strange odor to it. And we paid 300 bucks for 1 night which isn’t cheap. Would not recommend AT ALL.

I am beyond impressed with the managers Fernando and Nicole. They made our trip to Miami absolutely magical. I took two family members with special needs out to Miami along with another relative, so there was a lot to consider and initially, planning didn't quite go as expected but Fernando and Nicole were beyond amazing. Fernando- he gave my family members high fives, smiles, and was so gracious. I was beyond impressed with how he supported our check in to a room that was accommodating for my family. Rarely do you have this level of hospitality and care anywhere you go, and for this I am very grateful. Also, let me say that the location is amazing- you're literally right by the Port of Miami and close to so much. It was great to be in such a convenient area. Final comment, I'd recommend an Executive Room (which I stayed in) if you are someone with family or are bringing work with you. It'll do you all justice.
