The person that is taking the order is very rude does not let you talk. Over powers what you’re saying by talking over you when you’re reading your order back to make sure that it is correct because it wasn’t showing correctly on the screen and very rushed does not give you time to look

I appreciate the 5 piece for the $6.99. I would have liked for you all to go the extra mile by placing a biscuit in the box. My chicken was fresh and good. Found out I can't eat that much chicken anymore. I'm 63 now

We went to this popeye at 11pm since its supposed to close at 12am. The lights were off but we could see employees and a lot of chicken. We went through that drive thru but nobody responded, we stayed on the window for a couple minutes and nobody showed up but we could still see the chickens. We pulled up on the parking lot and we saw 4 employees hiding from the window. We confirmed that it closes at 12am on the window hours.
