Church's Chicken

I passed by this location today, and it appears to be closed permanently? Can anyone tell me what happened? I've never tried Church's before, and that was the closest location to my house, so I was hoping to go there.

Horrible. This place is the worst, I guess because of the location the team at this restaurant does not take good service seriously. That includes customers sitting in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and blocked in so you can't leave. Then once you are at the window to order since the drive thru speaker is broken, you are greeting with a prompt and rude "what can I get you?" When you are attempting to order you are then interrupted by the phone call the drive thru cashier received from a family member. When the cashier finishes her call then and only then can you place an order to receive sub par food that you waited over an hour to receive. Never will I ever go to this place again.

So we got to Church's Chicken to get something to eat at a little bit after 9pm. Myself my family and a bunch of other vehicles were waiting in the line as well. We were stuck in the line so we could not get out. We reach the drive-thru menu billboard at around 9:50 finally. This sign was posted sorry our menu board is out of order. Need to order at window. There was no one outside taking orders at all due to the menu board being out. About five minutes later we reach the window to order our food. A young lady approached the window which we thought was going to take our order finally. She proceeded to close the window lock it in from the inside says sorry we're closed. After sitting in the Drive-Thru for approximately almost an hour this is was the end result from Church's Chicken and this is how they value their customers. Needless to say I'm going to call their corporate office and see how they respond to this complaint. My advice is never eat at the Church's Chicken on Hillsborough Avenue because clearly they do not care about their customers or their customers needs!

Outstanding service and amazing food. The guy at the drive through window was very kind and made sure our order was correct and made fresh. He definitely deserves a raise. Well definely be coming back. This is the best I have been treated during the COVID-19. THANK YOU CHURCH'S.
