Not their finest moment. The storm knocked their credit card machines offline so it was cash only. But no sign telling customers until they try to pay. Several left without ordering.. They had no soft drinks , other than lemonade for combo meals. Not good! Also had to wait 15-20 minutes for white meat chicken because they ran out. Lastly, the drive through ordering sign was removed for renovations so had to go inside to order. Not good when it's raining hard. Management improvement highly recommended!

They always offer me drinks while I wait and the sandwiches are always fat! I frequent this location often and out of all the Popeyes I’ve been to in Tampa area, they are def. The nicest and have the most pleasant attitudes! Thank you!

This location is back on track. We haven’t stopped here in over 2 months. Back then everything was horrible. I told myself I would never come back. My husband loves Popeyes chicken, so we chose to give it another shot. Glad we did!! Now things are much better. The service was excellent. The food was hot and fresh . The manager went out her way to provide a good experience, I appreciate that. Thanks crew

My service at this Popeyes was amazing!! The Manager welcomed us with a great customer service personality and a smile. My family and I did not know what family meal we wanted, so she helped us pick out the best meal for us. Also made sure we had everything we needed, jelly, honey, hot sauce, napkins etc. We felt welcomed and like family there. Best Popeyes I've ever been to! Will definitely go back!
