They allowed someone to spend over 10 minutes ordering in front of me in the drive through I was stuck and could not back out to go inside and order and I could not proceed forward so I put on my emergency lights and went inside to try and order since cars were now built up to the street and no one else could order. I was confronted by another customer upset with me who was then served before me along with everyone else in the Drive-Thru and lobby, as I waited for an additional 25 minutes. I have been here at least 10 times and I've been to every Popeyes in Tampa and this one is consistently the worst every time.

The manager made everything okay here I appreciate the people that work at Pop eyes they have the proper perspectives on things.

This location never answers the phone. Just as an FYI Uber Eats orders you should put more than that nasty jelly in the bag. It makes sense to put hot sauce and Cajun sauce if I’m ordering an 8 piece chicken.

I ordered a couple small items through the drive through last week and a few days later I noticed I was charged double, almost triple what I was supposed to here pretty sure the workers finessed some food/money from my card when I made my order. I wouldn't trust my card being swiped here anymore. Either that or ONE chicken sandwich costs 21$..... Couldn't have been a mistake either I was the only customer as well in the entire lot when I ordered.
