Legit this is the worst Pollo. They are constantly out of everything. Long wait times. Never staffed.

At the window I started my order to be told they were out of mac n cheese, then I'm told they are out of crispy chicken...you're a chicken restaurant, but ok whatever. I specifically ask what else they are out of before proceeding with my order. I'm told nothing else. I get to the window and order sauces and I'm told they're out of sauce. So, I let the girl working the window know had I know they were out of sauce I wouldn't have even placed an order, so they should really put a sign up that shows what they are out of. Esp now that I'm stuck with $40 of food that I had to modify and don't want without the sauce. She proceeds to tell me they're too busy to keep track of what they are out of and wouldn't entertain issuing a refund before I received my food.
