I refinanced a car loan with Suncoast over one year ago. I tried to sell that car about 2 weeks ago and found out the loan department never transferred the title, so I couldn't sell the car. It took 4 days for someone to get back to me, another few days to figure out how they needed to fix their mistake, and now I'm waiting who knows how long for the title to be fixed with the dmv. The original offer I received on the car has long expired, I've had to make additional payments on the car loan, with additional interest, and the car is losing value all the while. No one at suncoast will admit fault and no one will give me an actual person to discuss this with. They refuse to reimburse me for the money THEIR mistake is costing me. I've reported them to the BBB and have not heard back regarding that either. Terrible customer service. I'm looking to refinance another car loan I have with them just to get away from this credit union now.

I really just want to say Alexis is a God sent. She helped my family get a new car loan and account. We were in and out within 1 hour!! And she kept us entertained the whole!! This girl is funny!! She had us laughing the whole time!! Thank you!!
