I was there waiting 4 over n hour after d opening time they didn't even bother 2 tell me that they were opening late cause short staffed n I do understand that but they could have told me it was super hot

It’s 9:30 and I came to get mashed potatoes, as soon as I roll up they say that they’re closed and have “no food” but online it says they close at 10pm. Either close when you’re supposed to or fix the time. Very frustrating. Also a past time we went a worker made fun of my boyfriends mom, like get a life for gods sake you work at KFC.

I went to the drive thru. The young man was very respectful and got my order right. When I open my box the chicken was overcooked and dry. Mash potatoes had so much gravy in it it look like soup. Tried to call no answer did the survey so I can let them know how unhappy I was.
