Really if I could give it zero stars I would. Where to start? Well, I guess as good as ever would be with ownership: they are apparently of Indian descent and are extremely aloof. In all of my years of going there whenever I've encountered them I have never received an acknowledgement such as an hello, have you found everything to your satisfaction, do you need any assistance, etc. Absolutely nothing. This afternoon I stood in line holding carefully three expensive bottles of wine and the Indian woman was doing something at one of the cash registers (of course not assisting the sole cashier in the place) and never met my gaze as I stood in line and realized that I wanted to purchase a wine gift bag as a birthday gift but did not want to lose my place in line and did not know where they were located in the store. If she had met my gaze I would have asked her politely if should could just pick one out for me and I would be very grateful but she never did. Just very souring, ma'am. I can't quite figure out why Indian merchants are so aloof when you do business in their stores - a little smile and assisting your paying customers would go a long way. Think I'll take my hard earned pay and go somewhere else from now on.
