yes, Arnie does the business and yes we need to shop there BUT can't Arnie be more customer friendly and helpful with cooking instructions. Why not put cooking instructions on individual packages OR have generic instructions on a printout at checkout?

I would rate this place 100 stars if I could. I've never been disappointed by ANYTHING they have to offer and their staff is always very friendly and polite. Their selection is amazing, and they have the best Italian hoagies - also, the roast pork/provolone/broccoli rabe is to die for.

I've never seen it pre-made there. They do have the most stunning meat however.
